Psyduck is a directory, not a clinic. Nothing here diagnoses a condition, recommends a treatment, or tells you which doctor to see. A thesis or a publication describes what a doctor has studied; it cannot tell you what is right for your case. Decisions about your care belong to you and to a qualified physician who has examined you.

Being listed is not a recommendation, and appearing first is not a verdict. Direct symptom search first requires condition-specific evidence, then orders results by supported query-facet completeness and combined lexical/semantic relevance; academic source scoring is only a final tie-breaker. Directory topic pages use the published academic formula, and unfiltered directory pages are alphabetical. No doctor, clinic or intermediary can pay to be listed, to be listed higher, or to be described differently. There are no sponsored slots, no featured profiles and no advertising on this site.

Psyduck shows no prices, discounts, packages or campaigns, and it does not take bookings. The only contact route is an information request: you send it with your explicit consent and a partner clinic answers you directly. Anything you are later quoted is agreed between you and that clinic, not through this platform.

Research output is one signal among several. It is a good indication of sustained, verifiable interest in a subject, and anyone can check it — which is why the index is built on it. It is not a measure of surgical skill, of how a doctor treats patients, or of the outcome of any individual treatment, and it is not presented as one.

Records are compiled automatically from public sources and can be incomplete, out of date, or wrongly matched to a doctor with a similar name. Where data cannot be matched with confidence it is left out rather than guessed at. If you find an error, tell us: we correct or remove the record.

If you are considering travelling to Turkey for treatment, note that follow-up care, complications and legal remedies work differently across borders. Ask the treating clinic directly about aftercare, about what happens if a revision is needed, and about who is responsible for it.
